Clarity CBT & DBT Center is dedicated to providing evidence-based mental health treatment to youth, adults, and their families. Our highly trained team of therapists specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help our patients live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
We understand the impact mental health can have on all aspects of life and strive to support our families through their unique challenges. We are LGBTQ+ affirmative providers and conduct cultural assessments to ensure a holistic understanding of every patient.

Meet Erica Rozmid, PhD, ABPP

Dr. Erica Rozmid (she/her) is the Founder and Executive Director of Clarity CBT & DBT Center. She is a Clinical Psychologist who is Board Certified in Cognitive & Behavioral Psychology and a Clinical Assistant Professor at UCLA. She has dedicated her career to helping children, adolescents, and young adults lead happier, healthier lives.
With a compassionate approach and expertise in evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Dr. Rozmid has established herself as a leader in her field.
With extensive training from top institutions such as Stanford University, New York University, and UCLA, Dr. Rozmid brings the latest approaches and techniques to therapy, ensuring that her patients receive the most effective and cutting edge care possible.
Dr. Rozmid’s passion for helping others extends beyond Clarity; she co-authored a book aimed at making therapy a fun and exciting experience for young people.
She also specializes in helping parents who have terminated pregnancies for medical reasons through TFMR Psychologist.
With her unique combination of expertise, compassion, and drive, Dr. Rozmid is committed to helping patients achieve their best possible self.

Meet Lexi Durham, PhD

Dr. Lexi Durham (she/her) is a Clinical Psychologist with Clarity CBT and DBT specializing in supporting children, adolescents, and adults through transformative and meaningful change. With a focus on emotional regulation and coping strategies, Dr. Durham works closely with those who experience intense emotions and can provide guidance to patients and their families to foster more effective support and resilience.
Dr. Durham employs a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address a range of issues from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. Her work is rooted in integrating evidence based techniques into her practice while tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Dr. Durham completed her training at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Her experience includes working in an intensive outpatient program designed specifically for adolescents at risk of suicide, working as a clinician at a university counseling center, and providing DBT therapy to both adolescents and adults.
Dr. Durham’s compassionate approach and commitment to evidence-based practices ensure that her clients receive the highest level of care and support.

Meet Andrew H. Rogers, PhD

Dr. Andrew Rogers (he/him) is the Clinical Director of Clarity CBT and DBT and committed his career to help adolescents, young adults, and adults find their life worth living.
Dr. Rogers’ approach focuses on evidence based psychotherapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy, establishing himself as an expert in the treatment of physical and mental health concerns, including symptoms associated with chronic medical illness (e.g., pain, fatigue), anxiety, depression, suicidal behavior, substance use, and post-traumatic stress disorder, among others.
Dr. Rogers has received extensive training from top institutions specializing in the delivery of evidence based interventions, including the University of Houston, the VA medical center, CBT California, and the University of Washington. Dr. Rogers also maintains an active research program studying the intersections of physical health, mental health, and substance use, and has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles. Through his research, Dr. Rogers ensures that his patients are always receiving the most up-to-date, state of the art care.

Meet Hannah Fedorisin, ACSW

Hannah Fedorisin is an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) with experience providing individual, group, and family therapy. She is trained in evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, and ACT, and has worked in hospital, community, and research settings such as UCLA Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, the Los Angeles LGBT Center, and Jewish Family Service LA. Passionate about creating a warm, supportive environment, Hannah supports patients in managing anxiety and depression with compassion, while helping them build resilience and personal growth.

Meet Molly Ellrodt

 
Molly Ellrodt is the Clinic Coordinator at Clarity CBT and DBT Center. She is passionate about facilitating safe and trusting communication with patients and mental health professionals. Having recently worked as a Preschool Teacher, Molly is committed to supporting children, adolescents and adults alike, prioritizing empathy and compassion. Molly’s role is to help both prospective and current patients in their mental health journey at Clarity CBT.
