I'm a board-certified clinical psychologist specializing in children, teens, and families, and a mom of two. I help parents focus on the parenting strategies that create real, lasting change at home.
I teach and supervise at UCLA and founded Clarity CBT. For years, families have trusted me to bring evidence-based care (CBT and DBT) that works, especially when nothing else has.
More about me ↓When the Usual Path Isn't the right fit
You've consulted the best people. You've read everything. Rather than wasting years of time and money on treatments that may or may not work, let's change that through The Rozmid Intensive™.
For high-profile families or those with a high-risk child, ordinary care rarely fits. Schedules can't flex around tours, seasons, board meetings, or filming. And a weekly 45-minute session spread across months isn't changing your family dynamics in the way you need.
Meanwhile, the people around you- the assistants, the tutors, the teachers and medical providers, the extended family-all touch your child's world, but no one is aligning them around a single, expert clinical plan.
That is exactly what The Rozmid Intensive™ was built to deliver.
A private clinical intensive, designed entirely around your family.
The Rozmid Intensive™ is Dr. Erica Rozmid's most exclusive engagement. This is a fully bespoke experience that condenses what would ordinarily take months of therapy into a concentrated, deeply personal process.
It begins well before the day itself, with Dr. Rozmid privately consulting your key people (the stakeholders and team members who shape your child's daily environment). It culminates in an Immersion Day- an uninterrupted day with the parents, working directly on what matters most. And it continues for 60 days afterward, with Dr. Rozmid and her team remaining accessible to you as the plan takes hold in real life.
This intensive is reserved for a small number of families each year.
The Experience
Every Intensive is individually designed, but each unfolds across three deliberate phases, from preparation to immersion to integration.
Phase One
Before the Day
Before you and Dr. Rozmid sit down together, she will do the essential work of understanding your family from every angle by aligning the people around your child.
Phase Two
The Immersion Day
An uninterrupted day with Dr. Rozmid. This is where months of typical progress happen in a single concentrated experience.
Phase Three
The 60 Days After
Execution fades without support. For two full months following your day, Dr. Rozmid and her team remain personally accessible as the plan meets real life.
A complete, white-glove engagement from the first private conversation to the last day of follow-up.
Complete confidentiality throughout. Private scheduling, private setting, and the discretion your family requires.
Hours of preparatory consultation with the key people in your child's world, so everyone is working from the same plan.
Full day immersion with the parents and Dr. Rozmid. This is the heart of the program.
A written, evidence-based plan tailored to your family; it's practical enough to use the moment you get home.
Two months of direct access to Dr. Rozmid & her team to support you as you implement new strategies.
ABPP board-certified, Stanford & NYU-trained, and a UCLA faculty member. These are credentials held by a small fraction of psychologists nationally.

Your Psychologist
PhD · ABPP · Founder, Clarity CBT · UCLA
I've spent my career doing the work most families find hardest: getting real results with complex children and adolescents while keeping their parents as true partners in the process.
I'm board certified in Behavioral & Cognitive Psychology, I teach and supervise the next generation of clinicians at UCLA, and I founded Clarity CBT to bring evidence-based treatment together with the artistry that families actually need.
Over the years, I've been trusted by families for whom privacy, precision, and discretion aren't preferences... they're requirements. The Rozmid Intensive™ grew out of that work: a way to give a small number of families my complete focus, on their terms, in a form that fits lives that don't run on a standard calendar.
When you work with me through the Intensive, you work with me directly & have access to my entire team to provide you the support you need.
One all-inclusive investment, covering every phase of The Rozmid Intensive™.

In Their Words
We had access to everyone, and still felt stuck. One day with Dr. Rozmid gave us more clarity than a year of trying to figure it out ourselves.
We really appreciate the parenting sessions. They are super helpful. You and your team have been wonderful. So happy we found you!
The work we did has shaped me into the person I am today. I hope you know how much of a difference you made in my life. You are an incredible provider and above that, an incredible human being.
How to Begin
Every engagement begins with a consultation to ensure that The Rozmid Intensive™ is the best fit for your family.
Reach out confidentially. Share only what you're comfortable sharing at this stage.
A private conversation with Dr. Rozmid to explore your family's needs and whether The Rozmid Intensive™ is the right fit.
If it's a fit, your engagement is scheduled and every detail is tailored around your family and your calendar.
Preparation, your full immersion day, and 60 days of direct access, all handled with complete discretion.
All inquiries are held in strict confidence.
Considerations
Given the highly personalized nature of The Rozmid Intensive™, Dr. Rozmid works with a limited number of families at any given time. The initial consultation allows her to understand your family's needs and determine whether The Rozmid Intensive™ is the right fit & whether she has availability. .
That's tailored to your family. It may include co-parents, caregivers, tutors, medical providers, and other trusted members of your child's team. Dr. Rozmid will help determine the right group during your initial consultation.
The location is arranged around your privacy and convenience. This is discussed and confirmed during the planning phase, with your family's comfort and confidentiality as the priority.
The Immersion Day is a concentrated intensive, not weekly therapy. For many families it provides a powerful turning point and a clear plan forward. Where continued care is helpful, Dr. Rozmid can help you consider next steps during your 60 days of access.
Following your day, Dr. Rozmid remains directly accessible to you for two months-to answer questions, refine the plan, and provide guidance as new situations arise. It's the support that turns a single day into lasting change.
Every engagement starts with a confidential inquiry, followed by a private consultation with Dr. Rozmid. Because only a limited number of Immersion Days are accepted each year, we recommend reaching out early to discuss timing and availability.
The Next Step
If your family needs depth, discretion, and a way through that fits your life, The Rozmid Intensive™ was designed for you.
